Dashboard
From the COMPASS dashboard a user can view, edit or print the scheduled work orders for a pool or spa customer. The dates of scheduled services, technicians and supplies needed can also be assigned from the dashboard. With our dynamic database, the COMPASS dashboard makes search functions a breeze.
Work Order
Pool work orders provide all of the information maintained in the customer’s profile about their pool, as well as the work scheduled to be done, including pool installation, opening, service, maintenance, liner replacement, closing, and more. A detailed checklist is completed and emailed to the customer. Specific notes and photos are also captured with the COMPASS work order, in order to make the job as streamlined as possible for both the customer and the technicians. Pool chemicals, supplies and pool parts can be tracked and ordered through the COMPASS system.
